The “Professional” package has everything customers need: on the basis of the Hotline24 contract, the customer receives priority access to the KUKA Hotline team – with an exclusive telephone number, a guaranteed response time, diagnosis and troubleshooting included. Here, the technical prerequisite is always the KUKA RemoteService Ready2 bundle. It includes the KUKA.Connectivity Box (one box for up to 250 robots) and KUKA.RemoteSupportView as an application.
