Ceccarelli: "The real step change came with the introduction of high pressure machinery and robotic systems. Processes were standardized, quality became uniform, and operators’ manual, physically demanding activities were significantly reduced. That fundamentally transformed our production."

Ceccarelli: "There is no longer any manual handling of heavy loads. We have eliminated strenuous tasks, reduced risk, and restored dignity and safety to work. At the same time, roles have evolved: today our operators are specialists in robot operation and maintenance."
Ceccarelli: "Choosing KUKA was not just a technical decision - it was a strategic one. Together with Sacmi and Gaiotto, we were able to address complex challenges.
