iiQWorks.App Builder is a software package for the creation of option packages. The option packages can be used in iiQWorks.Sim and in the System Software.

What hardware and software components are required to get started with the KUKA Creator Portal?

To start with the development you can use a free trail version of iiQWorks.Sim, iiQWorks.Cockpit and the also free to use iiQWorks.App Builder.

You could also start with our hardware using a KR C5 micro-2 and a Smartpad pro or a SmartPlug if you have one.

It is important that you develop your Apps on the new Operating System iiQKA.OS2 so your are future proof and eligible for the Robotic Republic Ecosystem.

How do I install and activate iiQWorks.Sim and other tools?

Installation involves the following steps:

Download iiQWorks.Sim from my.KUKA
Activate licenses (e.g., Advanced license for iiQWorks.Sim)
Follow setup instructions for each tool (iiQWorks.Cockpit, iiQKA.OS 2, iiQWorks.App Builder)
