We will support you from the very start in choosing the right welding process for you. In addition to our expertise in component and product development, we also provide you with our optimally equipped machine pool for contract manufacturing:

More than 4,000 square metres of production space at two production facilities in Augsburg (Germany) and Halesowen (UK)
15 machines for rotary friction welding with a working range of 2-300 t ( force forge 20-3000 kN) for welding cross-sections from 10 to 30,000 square millimetres (steel)
One MA 8 machine for Magnetarc welding with a working range of up to 8 t (force forge 80 kN) for welding cross-sections of 60 to 600 square millimetres (Augsburg facility)
A cell4_FSW friction stir welding cell with a friction stir welding robot and two work tables, each three metres by one and a half metres, optimally equipped for small and large components (Augsburg facility).
